Solar makes EV battery support for the grid complicated financially

Findings from a German vehicle-to-grid programme, run by Lichtblick, SMA, Volkswagen and Fraunhofer IWES, suggests electric vehicle owners can earn up to €500 a year, but the downside is that the battery is worn down in the process – quite considerably.
