Europe Electric Car Sales — BMW Slides Into #1 YTD

Europe Electric Car Leaders (Top 30 – October 2016) Top 30 electric cars (in terms of sales) across most of Europe, with data aggregated by Jose Pontes for CleanTechnica.com, EVObsession.com, and EV-Sales.blogspot.com. The European electric car market had more than 17,000 registrations last month, 1% down compared to October 2015. Bosch cooperates with BMW and Vattenfall on a second life electric vehicles batteries project

What to do with valuable batteries once they have reached the end of   their life cycle in electric vehicles? A project involving three partners is connecting old batteries in Hamburg to form a large-scale storage  system to keep the power grid stable.
